Decree On The Legality Of The So-called “NFT” – “Non-Fungible Token”

English Translation:

After a careful study of the bylaws relating to the practice of gambling, and after the revision of the constitution of the republic concerning the national economy

The Republic orders thus:

# 1: Trading with so-called “NFTs” is a gambling practice and is therefore illegal.

# 2: Current NFT traders should stop trading immediately. Loss of personal capital is not reimbursed by the state.

# 3: Continuing to trade with NFT after this decree will be punished with up to 12 years in prison.
